FROM ONE PLAYER TO THE NEXT

Vincent Hall began helping younger players with baseball fundamentals during his freshman year of high school. In July 2025, he formally established Future Stars Baseball Club to organize his coaching into a more consistent program.
As Founder & Head Coach, Vincent has coached more than ten young players in hitting and fielding, organized clinics, and mentored young athletes. The program combines hands-on instruction, video review, clear practice priorities, and follow-up observation. We continue improving the process as we learn what works for individual players.
Future Stars Baseball Club received its IRS 501(c)(3) recognition in November 2025, with exemption effective August 14, 2025. Coaching that began in Vincent’s freshman year preceded the formal organization.

The analysis project
As Project Lead, Vincent organizes a record–review–practice–retest workflow. The project now includes 12 youth players, seven paired retest reviews, a public Python/MediaPipe prototype, and a related app being prepared for limited testing.
